top of page

nice to meet you.

Hi there.

I'm Tasma. I'm a graduate Media & Communications (Marketing Communication) student from the University of Canberra. I'm one of those lucky people that's had the opportunity to combine my passions and interests into my study and (hopefully with your help) my career. I've always had a fascination with art, popular culture, subcultures, fashion, the media and history. I made sure that through my degree and prior academic endeavour to let that guide me to create work that shone through the creators passion and query.

Most notably and also being one of my most brave endeavours I ventured to London for a semesters exchange at the liberal art college, Richmond University London. Aside from a recently acquired fear of flying and an emerging pandemic, I faced my fears and got to study my passion for fashion, history and art in one of the greatest cultural cities in the world. I was blessed to be tutored by thinkers who had worked with the likes of Kate Moss, Vivienne Westwood, the Sex Pistols, DKNY and BIBA. I completed subjects in fashion history, fashion & the media and fashion marketing with a high distinction average. My joy and drive to throw myself into this world shaped my goal to hopefully combine these subjects with my work in marketing and communications.

On a more practical note, I pride myself on my drive to excel at every project I'm tasked with as well as my attention to detail. I take great pride in my work, no matter how big or small a job I strive to do it right each time. Furthermore, I'm an organisation nut who harbours a love for spreadsheets and correct margins. I have professional experience in community management, social media management, project planning, media landscape analysis, influencer identification and content creation. You can see more of my experience in detail down below below but ideally I'd love the opportunity to explore these areas more and continue to learn from the best. I also invite you to check out some of my visual items under the 'work' tab.
